About Us

We are a team of investigators, risk managers, data specialists and engineers. Our focus on conflicts of interest comes from years of helping some of the biggest companies in the world manage risky decisions about who they do business with. We found that much of that risk can come from undetected relationships inside their own organizations.

We live in a world that is increasingly skeptical of how decisions are made. Corruption, greed and self-dealing seem like they are behind every big decision. When we question why organizations and people do the things they do, we don’t always like the answers we find or may spend too much time looking for an answer that doesn’t exist. We thought it would be better if there was a way to know that decisions were being made for the right reasons.

We know the tools and budgets most organizations have - we knew there needed to be a better way. We think there is tremendous value in creating trust and transparency. We want to help organizations align their decision making with the interests of their customers, their employees and their bottom line.
